My Story please help I need a fresh start

So you must be asking what makes my story different than everyone else.
I am sure there are lots of stories out there and the truth is that everyone story is just has important and significant to each person.
I have been struggling with weight for all my life, when i was a teenager i did work out and hit the gym every day, but never got the six pack or the shape I wanted. Even as a teen i wanted to take steroids but always been scared and reading all the posts from people i did not like the fact that you eventually will loose all the gains.
I had gotten to a decent shape and the everything went down hill at 30, I got married and then 2 yeas later cheated on and divorced, lost my job and had to go back to school. I went from 5'10 , 190 Lb to 235 LB because of depression.
Just as I wanted to take my life back I got 2 herniated disks and could not work out anymore.

I tried just dieting alone doing those crash diets. Yes i got down to 200 LB but gained it back again because if not being able to do physical activity. Dating life is horrible cause woman n like a fit guy and someone with confidence.
Lets say I lost everything and hit bottom..........

I am now 41 and got nothing to loose,so reading some stories i want to try to get back in shape with bit of help from steroids. What I want to achieve is to get a confidence boost and in a decent shape, I want to be able to work out and get fit.
I need my life back, and if i can get a kick start that would be awesome. I know this will take hard work discipline and dedication, so I am willing to do that.

I have no clue about cycles and what to start with, so I ask you for some advice please.

    Thank you in advanced.

Getting in shape and taking better care of yourself Steriods or no will be a confidence booster..you should really do a lot of reading about diet and get that and your training in check start enjoying a healthy lifestyle first thing first..if you wanna meet women they love a man that takes care of himself and feels good and you should try not searching for anything untill you get a healthy pattern and schedule going in your life imo..it sounds like at this point you would not be putting your best foot foward trying to meet or bring anyone into your life..testosterone gives me a good feeling confident and healthy..maybe one of your problems is low T go check your levels checked and see if that's something you need in your life..a cycle of Steriods is not a bad thing but for me if I was unhappy, unsure, and not in decent shape or health I would work on those things through other avenues before trying to add something else in your life..remember the Steriods won't diet or lift weights for you..good luck man hope you can find some happiness.

Wow! Very similar to me. Luckily no divorce for me.
The only reason that i cycle is because I compete in bodybuilding. I went from 190-240 in my 30's. After Dr said to lower bp or I will be taking pills the rest of my life, i decided to do something about my health. I needed to have a goal so i decided to compete in a bodybuilding show. I did it all naturally at the age of 47. In 9 months, i went from 240-165 to compete. No AAS. I liked BB therefore i realized i had to cycle to really compete.
I recommend that you do not use AAS to get what you are looking for. I know that this is the advice that you were looking for. To get where you want to be, it will require a change in lifestyle. Exercise and diet are the key. There is no magical pill or oil that will get you what you want. I would imagine your bodyfat is rather high which causes other concerns on AAS (bp, cholesteral, etc). IMO the results on AAS will be limited because of your bf. If your lifestyle does not change, you will keep bouncing back and will get frustrated and just quit.
I could not even run .1 miles nonstop at the beginning. A year and a half later, i ran a 1/2 marathon also at 48. You can do this naturally. And change your life forever. I am by no means an expert, but i will help in any way with the knowledge I have gained . Bp off cycle is now 115/65.

Thanks Charger, Wow you did amazing with your results. I am definitely not going to compete body building lol.I am aware that steroids will help and be beneficial if your BF is lower than 15% or so. So yes I need to lower mine for sure. The only reason I am looking at help using AAS is for helping with my back pain as i have Herniated disk. I have done some research and people say that AAS helps them with getting through it till their core gets stronger. I am going to change my lifestyle and work hard to get in shape. Its all I have really. I am going to start this couch to 5k program to shed some fat, them a good weight lifting program and diet to build up some muscle.
I am not sure how Ajax did it since he was 30% body fat I think.
I really Appreciate your input and help
    Thank you

My take. This is not how aas should be used. Aas is your paycheck after hard work, getting results the hard and natty way. Remember, aas only make what you are already doing a little better. If your actions are shitty aas will not change the smell. This has nothing to do with moral. The cons are too many if you use them as a kickstart without the aspects of life in order.

You should write down the date 1. juni 2017. Thats when you start. Until then you train superhard, nail that 15% bodyfat limit, gain 6 pounds of muscles. And get your life fixed with good routines BEFORE you start a cycle.

Do this and you are in for a hell of a nice summer with super self confidence and significant increased dating chances. You can wait, the months go fast. And, if you do your things good you can start a precycle bettering tour 1. mars. You buy yourself some mk677 (increasing growth hormon and igf1) and cardarine (fatloss, superb stamina) (no sides, no shutdown, no cholestrol or hct issues) which you use mars april and may to really prepare your body for your summer.

If you think aas is no big deal you will get dissapointed and feel miserable. Remember most of the aas users get disapointed because they think its some magical pills, yet they hardly see any significant gains. Because they didnt do their homework first and their heart, mind, brain and body were not ready for it.

Newbie, I'm new to this as well and have not started any cycles and am still asking questions. As for your weight loss, I can give you some advice. I was 320lbs in April 2014. My dad died in 07 of diabetes and heart disease and I felt I was headed down that same road. I started using Advocare and counting calories and eating better and running and biking and swimming. I dropped around 80lbs by the end of the year and completed 3 5k's and a sprint triathlon. Advocare has MANY products!! Weight loss as well as energy. If it's been that long since you've been in a gym or exercised period, I would DEFINITELY get some weight off first! If I can help with That, PLEASE let me know and I can help you!!! You don't HAVE to use the Advocare products but they sure do help with energy if nothing else!! Get you a calorie counter. When I was losing weight I used My Fitness Pal. Now I have a Fitbit Surge which has a calorie counter on the app. Let me know if I can help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe we need to add the sarm ostarine in your precycle tour. It will shut you down to 200 ng/dl and decrease HDLcholestrol to the 20s, but its the only drug which actually has permanent healing capabilities. One have to consider pros vs cons in that case.

You really know your shit man!!! Thanks for the advice. I searched it and looks like it could help with muscle healing.
I also got an appointment to try spinal decompression therapy, to help with stretching out my spine so i can also work out. Deadlifts are out of the question for me lol..

Thanks for the support, its very overwhelming on how supportive and nice people are here, unlike some other forums where they are not so nice. I really Appreciate this. I will post progress once i start. Plan right now is to get, blood work done, start some decompression therapy ,drop some fat and do light weight lifting for now.

So I have started to do Diet and do light exercise, my back still hurts but hey i need to deal with it. I was looking at Sarns to help with keeping muscle while being on a strict diet ,but looks like there are some fake ones around. Any idea where a reliable source is?

    Hey newbie,

like many have said, get your diet and training in check. once it's your life style u can think about aas, sarm, and all that other stuff.

it's the better and safer way to doing it.
