Is their anything that will greatly help with inflammation and make me feel young again with more energy?

Sorry to say that AAS (steroids ) isn't going to be much help with aching joints. There may be some temporary joint relief but nothing permanent. However, AAS will strengthen your core muscles so your joints will be more stable. I'm in my late 50's and I still maintain a physique like in my avatar. I'm in great health even if my knees are bum. It's life, right? I am on a constant regiment of human growth hormone (HGH). This stuff is the elixir of life! I feel better, I look better, I think better, and my joints feel better. Search for HGH on this forum and read up on it, it's amazing stuff. The down side is that you have to poke it into your belly every day, like a diabetic and it costs a lot. Eventually, genetics is not enough we all need a little help.

Ya no miracle pill for aches and pains. I have also crashed a few bikes...high sides suck! Broken neck replaced hip and lots of arthritis. Just keep moving...do low impact cardio, take ibuprofen, stretch, and ice when needed. I do hormone replacement I feel that any muscle you can add to your body carries it's own weight and improves over-all health. I will be 56 in July so at only 40 you better get moving!
