    Advice for an oldy :)

    Afternoon everyone...

So I hit 43 this year and feel crap! Been on numerous courses through my 20's and early 30's but then stopped to have the kids etc. Now that the kids are out the way I want to get back into it. I do feel my test levels are really low awaiting to get some blood tests done to check the outcome. I was thinking if the courses in my younger life have had an impact in why I suffer from ED?

Anyway I need to get my sex drive back in shape whilst also getting into better shape. I was thinking Sus 250 500mg a week for 10 weeks with 50mg of Proviron each day. It's been about 7 years since i've done anything so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on how your labs come back you might consider trt

I am not sure whether or not you have been working out.

If you have not been working out I would recommend that you exercise for 6+ months before you just jump on gear.

That will give you time to get blood work and see if you need TRT.

It will also allow you to get your fitness up before you jump on gear. You'll get more out of your cycle if you can actually train intensely.

43 and your an oldy???? Shame on you!!! LOL

I was around 40 and I had low test and never cycled. Unfortunately, I didn’t even know about TRT. As mentioned above, going on TRT May be like getting a renewed life.

Like said already you really need to train for a little while to get your body back in shape and tendon/ligaments used to being strained. Your diet also should be pretty dialed in during this time also, you wont get the results from the sust that you want with out you dieting pretty well, plus its a bit of a waste. The gear will make you stronger and have more endurance, your body right now most likely wont be able to handle the sudden exercise and injuries may come quick.

I found a gym here in SoCal that doesn’t give a fuck about covid. They were open before they were supposed to be. Fuck the 1 hour appointments at 24 hour.
Hardcore people here..... and just about all of the females are the type to stay away from if your on tren . At least 20% of them cycle. You can tell.
I am trying to slowly buy weights to be able to work out if the gyms ever close down again.

Home gym is just not the same. I have weights up to 325 lbs and an elliptic, but prefer the gym environment. My gym has been open since June 1st! I am at the gym M,T,W, and some T but we have a permanent camp site on the river that connects 4 lakes and we bought a boat. Been camping and boating A LOT. Also drinking and not eating right. Weight is at 220 and holding.

583: You are still young! get diet in check, workout and get labs. Once you have the data then consider TRT. I will be 59 this month and have been on TRT for I think 9 years. Yes it is a game changer if you are low, but also takes a lot of dedication to stick with it.
