    47 and Wanting Bulk

    So I am on 50mg every 4 days of Test from my dr. I would like to gain some muscle mass and have some Sus. and Deca .

    I am wondering what you guys think I should take with the Test. and how much based on what I have. Also, do you cycle on and off the extra gear but keep your TRT at a steady and usual dosage?

    Well since you only have SOME deca, I recommend you take SOME deca.

    I am also assuming that you realize that SUS is test

    Honestly I didn't know that until now lol.

    Cam, spend some time here reading and learning before you embark on a cycle. Knowledge is power and safety. In the meantime, analyze your nutrition. Most guys think they eat enough to gain but they really don't. It's not easy to do and it takes planning and consistency.

    Kelkel you are right on the eating lol. That is why I haven't started anything yet. It has been years since I have done a proper cycle and before TRT I would just use Sust and then add in some d-bol and deca but that was long ago so I think I will read more before starting.

    I need to find out meal plans, dosages and workout plans. I want to learn more for my age and not what I have been doing which is what I did at 23.

    Well, your goals do matter. That said, as most guys get older (and not competing, etc) it makes sense to lessen the risk when cycling. I just mentioned this in another thread but keeping your test down to a reasonable level where it doesn't require ancillaries then making up the difference in androgens by adding in safer alternatives such as var, mast, primo, etc. But, food is everything first and foremost.

    Yeah....

    Just turned 56yo a few months back, and am quite acquainted with the diminishing returns from AAS, as we age. Nothing is the way it was, in the past; when we were younger...

    At my age, I am having a hard time choking down 4 - 5 meals a day... 25 - 30 yrs ago, I could eat 7 small meals a day, and grow like a weed. Now, as I age, I just can't seem to push myself like before...

    I guess, in that vein, I am just using the gear primarily because I like it, and as a form of maintenance...

    didn't know that Sust 250 was a blend of Test....

    Happy birthday youngster, I’ll dance a polka for you later. Maybe put on some some Lawrence Welk as well, lol. Agree with your post. Great new is, in another 5 years it suddenly gets better . . . . NOT.

    To the OP, enjoy and adapt to your new TRT for a while. See how your training and diet responds to the added Testosterone . And as Kel said, stick around, learn from guys like him and others, and enjoy. Welcome to the forum.
