I did a 10 week sustanon cycle 500 mg a week.

I'm taking 20 mg nolva for 6 weeks and 25 mg aromasin for 3 weeks, 18 days after my last shot.

I'm also on dutasturide .25 mg a day

I have a girlfriend, am I going to be able to perform sexually? If no, how long is this going to last?

If you stick to your pct...you may not notice it.

^^^ agreed. You might feel a little down and weak going through pct and you may not be very horny, but you should still be able to perfom. However, if things turn for the worse you have a few options:

A) Perform the alphabet with your tounge. (warning: she will want to get married if you do this!!!)
B) Get Cialis.
