Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva now you said this now if a bottle is70ml/35mg then i would need 3 bottles a day fron this site

no mate your not adding up correct........it is a 70 ml bottle.....35 mg per ml...you following..?


to keep things simple do 105 mg per day instead of 100mg

so 3ml would be 105mg...
3ml aday for 30 days...you would need 90 ml for whole PCT....which means you would need just over 1 bottle..so need to buy 2 bottles....

PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

i think this will be a sound PCT....

L-dex = Arimedex
Clomid=Clomid
Nolva=Nolvadex
..

Arimidex with Serms ??? Very wrong !!!

Arimidex and Aromasin are both AI but... Arimidex is AI type II (competitive inhibitor) while Aromasin type I (non-competitive). Effect of AI type II is blocked by SERMS , that's why Aromasin works better with Nolvadex and/or Clomid instead of Arimidex.

I would not mix any AI with Serms anyway... but this is my humble opinion.

this is a paragraph from the same right up that i got the above PCT from.

Estrogen is the main inhibitence of restoring HPTA, and AI administration has been shown to increase gonadotrophin concentrations and serum Testosterone by up to 50%. In addition, by adding L-dex, the inhibitence of excess estrogen allows Tamox to work greater at LH stimulation in the begining stages of PCT, since the need to prevent binding in the mammery is lessened by the reduction in estrogen biosynthesis


im no expert on PCT as ive only ever done one cycle......but i did a bit reading before recomending this PCT to OP.....he was in the midle of his first cycle and didnt have a clue what PCT was so i new he needed something....so this is a simple PCT for him to use.

Problem is that anyone has his own theory and no one can say he's right...So many "paragraphs" written about PCT , maybe I'm wrong and you're right and viceversa.

IMHO best PCT is Nolvadex /Clomid... and Proviron (in case of libido issue) . Don't need anything else. People think that the more stuff they take the better it is....Actually is the opposite.

i bunny i have just got me clomid and tamoxisen i know you said i should take the clomid 18 days after my last injection but when do i start the tamoxisen .ps they are both in pill form clomid 50 mg and tamoxisen 20 mg
