    Bloating while on pct

Guys dont know if this is a cause but I competed on sat and ate everything
in site the next few days. My ankles are swelled as is my calves. I am urinating normally and i am not sure if some of this is from pct or just the extreme amount of sodium and sugar I ingested. I did notice last time I was on my diet for a show if I cheated by having cake and ice cream I did have swelling in my lower legs. Any help with this appreciated

glycogen pulls in seven molecules of H2O for every one molecule. This may be the cause of some of your water retention (carb increase). Another could be kidney dysfunction. It may be advisable to talk to your doctor if it doesnt get better or becomes worse.

    Good information.

The human body is basically trying to replenish itself.

    So, I've seen this before.

I've always thought that it was a healthy thing post comp.

    (with in certain parameters).

As long as all your lab work looks clean.

    Best
