    3wks in pct can l cut now?

    l am very anxios to get shredded at as low a bf% l can for my next cycle.
    so my question is 3wks into my pct can l start adding in a little cardio before workouts lm not going to cut calories but just burn more. Is this a bad idea as pct is most vulnerable muscle time?

    speaking of that can anyone tell me if this test is at all accurate it tells me lm 12% l dont beleive it, lm not fat but l have a little bit of a gut.

    You can start to cut now. You probably shed quite a bit of the water you were retaining from the cycle..

    Now time to get rid of that excess fat

    ya l was up to 233 lost a good amount of water. on cycle l was getting worried but lost alot so far around the waist from bloat 1 inch
    thats exactly what l added on cycle so lm pretty happy with my first cycle results
