l am very anxios to get shredded at as low a bf% l can for my next cycle.
so my question is 3wks into my pct can l start adding in a little cardio before workouts lm not going to cut calories but just burn more. Is this a bad idea as pct is most vulnerable muscle time?

speaking of that can anyone tell me if this test is at all accurate it tells me lm 12% l dont beleive it, lm not fat but l have a little bit of a gut.
