    Help with PCT.

    About to run a testoviron cycle for 8 weeks. Will be injecting 500 mg once a week.
    What would you guys suggest as PCT? I'm completely lost here, all the sites seem to have different ideas about when to start PCT, what to take and the doses.
    So if anyone could come up with a simple, effective PCT that would be great. My main concern is to prevent gyno.

    I am from Europe and the guys I know really don´t care or consider PCT but I´d rather be cautious.

    Any ideas?

    Get some clomid and nolvadex ..over four week dose Clomid at 100/100/50/50 and nolvadex at 40/40/20/20 this is in mg per day

    You mean, weeks 4-8 : clomid 100mg per day the first 2 weeks and 50 mg per day the next two?
