    DOMS in PCT ?

    hope this in the right se4ction

    As the title asks really, is this a good sign even though i lost a load of weight?

    if you have bothered to read this at least give me a yes / no answer ,

    Well I yes I suppose, but growth also I'm hoping , or a least like keeping a higher percentage of my gains
