    how long between cycles

i have gotten mixed advice on how long to wait between cycles of gear

lets say test e and deca eod for 8weeks

    I have been told either
    a) wait for as long as you were on the cycle ie 8 weeks
    b) wait for half the time ie 4 weeks
    and
    c) wait 1 and half times so 3 months

which of these sounds about right in your experience ta in advance

I would wait for 3 months. The more time you give your body to naturally recover the better of you will be while off cycle. Better to be safe then sorry my friend.

A good rule of thumb is time off should equal time on including pct. So if you did 8 weeks and your pct ended 5 weeks after that you would want to wait atleast 13 weeks before going on again. Obviously the longer you wait the better when it comes to your natural test production returning to normal.

I've been told: Time on = Time off + PCTx2

    So 10wk on = 10wk + 4wk x2 (8wk) = 18 wk off....

You shouldn't rely on that time off = time on + pct thing. It's more like a guideline, but you shouldn't even think about doing another cycle without first getting your blood-work done. Suppose the SERM you were using was underdosed or just totally bunk shit? You might not be totally recovered after that elapsed time.

The only way to really know is to go get a blood test and have your values checked. Other than that, time off = time on + PCT
