I really dont understand this but i am very interested in knowing how i started on sunday evening a cycle on propionate and parabolan each bottle has 100mg i took 10 mg of each on the same day what sholud i do and how should i keep using them.

My friend is doing cycle of
Deca 500mg and Test E 500mg.
He is going to do this PCT :-
Week 1-4 Nolvadex 20mg /ED
Week 1-3 HCG 1000iu/ 2 times a week

Will this be fine.

Hi all im new here ... have been working out since a few yrs but am constant since a year now ...

the thing is my instructor has advised me to start using roids .... i got some info off a friend & he told me to start taking 2ml decca & 2ml suss once (mixed in a single injection as both are oil based) every week for 12 weeks .... no one ever told me about PCT .. so here i was just getting some info online until i saw this forum and joined it ...

have read much but still there is way too much to read ... i would be really grateful if someone here can guide me a bit

in the first post of this thread it says Deca : 21 days after last injection & Sustanon : 18 days after last injection

1) is the 2 ml dose of each decca and sust ok for 12 weeks
2) how shud i go on about my PCT ? 21 days after my cycle as i'll be taking both suss and decca
3) I was also advised to use Fat burners like CLEMBUTTROL or megaa ripp are they any good would they effect or hinder with anything while am on steroids

My height is 5"8 inches ... i weigh around 74 kgs ... for diet im eating a high protein diet like 8 egg whites, oatmeal for breakfast, 5-6 meals a day after 3 hours each, loads of veggies, meat, whey protein & protein shakes, sea food on alternate days ...

this thread was intended to be a general guide as to when pct should start with different compounds, not a guide as to what else you should take on cycle. those are 2 very separate issues.

there are many threads at the top of the pct section detailing all of that, the purpose of this thread (as already stated) is to help with pct start times.

I am more confused about when to start since ther are some info about starting it early when one notices fat in the nipples or becoming to bloated or stuff.. I think with Nolva u can start his as soon as you se some bad saide effects with high estro levels symptoms showing up in your body..
just my observation though..

the reason for the wait is to allow the suppressive compounds to clear your system before stimulating your natural test production. you can not stimulate production while being suppressed, if suppressive compounds are still present you're just wasting pct gear.

Sounds good big. I thought 1 week was good because I read in some other post that people wait 2 weeks just to get the more out of their test. The post then said that 1 week would be better so you could start up your natural production quicker.

If the test would really supress it then I now have a new understanding of the wait time. I will wait 2 weeks now, not one.

I finish now my 1st cycle testerone enth. 9 weeks 500mg per week and dbol for 6 Weeks 30 mg per day , i was planing to take for pct clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20 after 14 days from my last shot .But my trainer wanna me To take hcg 500 unit every day for 20 days After my last shot of test (he Dont wanna me to wait until the half life of testerone finish). and wanna me to take Also clomid 100/50/50/50 any suggestion pls because am so confused about these pct
