Seriously guys?. Ur commenting on stuff you haven't even used?. And what. Home brew is crap?. What so mass ugls that under dose send the wrong products and are responsible for a stupid amount of cross contamination/infections?

I've only been doing em since sept. Got fed up with underdosed crap from couple labs. N the pictures I admit ain't great. I'll get some recent ones done later and post em up. I'll getvem done the same way so u can see better for a more accurate comparison. Made more headway in bf% esp with the tren just starting my second blast involving it. And tbh. Bloody glad to be out the other end of my prime/deload. I can get back to lifting some decent weight! But u gotta admit. That for only one year gaining 3 stone. Dropping over 5% bf is still a half decent accomplishment. I've only in the last 4-5 months got my head round hour way of training Marcus. I.e less time in gym. Pos/neg failure. Pounding out more reps. Even when my muscles say they can't. Believing I'm growing. Connecting that mind to muscle. Taking time out to give CNS a break n properly deload/prime. Never spend longer than an hour now. But in that hour the intensity really does turn heads n the pain is something else. I now always get pumped to hell n either can't walk at all properly for about half hour on legs. Can't stroke my neck on arms/shoulders etc etc. Got that lush muscle bump growth on my upper chest where it connects to my clavicles? The bones connecting to top of solar plexus to shoulders. So for my way of training. I gotta thank you. Yes my diets not been spot on all year. Nor training. But I've only took this seriously for a lil over a year. You been doing it for 25+ years. You got the experience. N I'm gleaning as much of that as I can.
Anyways. I'll post some pics later. I'll get the missus do it.

Listen MP you shouldn't pay much attention to pump, it is only temporary and has nothing to do with size. To be critical and not to amke you feel bad the muscle gains should be about proportionate all around your body. Not just , say in the chest. Also I am not seeing real hard and defined Muscle Mass.
I see you have leaned out a little and that's great. But to see your real gains would be more of your LMM which you can see when you back off and really lean out. For me I know how I looked a year ago and my weight and the size of my arms to a degree. My overall weight went up and now being off and leaned out I can see just what I've put on and stabilized at. So I now know quite a bit as to my LMM gains.
MOre is to be seen and reveiled as to you stat before and after. Cheers ! ...crazy mike

Well. To say after depleting for 4 weeks/down to cruising dose. I can see my shoulder injuries have caused me to suffer greatly on overall look. So I'm posting my pre w/out depleted pics now. And I'll repost again at the 12 week mark. I've got loads of pics but I'll post a few and try exact same poses at the end.
I admit I do find it hard what with these damn shoulder injuries reoccurring. It was caused by a half assed spotter letting the weight drop (30kg each side on curling bar for 4rm. 70kg?) About 3 months ago. N it has set me back. I've dropped him now. N tbh. It pissed me off so much he was kinda my best mate. Now I hardly talk to him. Only in passing you know?. To me this has become a kind of new life. Spent years gettin drunk. Sniffin. Pills. Base.
Now I drink at most once a month. Only have a few n its purely just to see n socialize with a lot of old friends. But. That's a past life. I first went in the gym struggling to flat bench 40 kg. Now I'll INCLINE bench 40kg each side (100kg I don't touch flat now). I pay more attention to my arms n legs as feel due to bring over 6ft3 they "look" the least proportional to the rest. Never miss my legs each week. Ever. N they're strong. Just too damn long!!!

Anyway. These pics are depleted so watch this space for the 12 WK update!! Haha

Hey MP I just got back here. You are on the right track. Ya know I have a lot of injuries to work around now and at my age it a bitch to say the least. On chest I do focus on incline and have always back when I got my foundation I\with flat bench. Right now I'm benching about the same or a little more on incline. I always start with that.
Anyway hang in there and we'll be watching for more gains. Try to stay lean-ish and hard. Be very careful with the shoulder cause once a problem it can always be a problem and get worse. Good luck, later man ...crazy mike

You did say you used this make since April last year now its only been Sept not sure why you would change your mind on that one but in all honesty I would question the quality of your gear because form the photos you have posted I would say your training and diet have given you the results because imho they don't look like they have come from steroids Don't take this as a negative far from it we all have bought shite gear in the past even more so with all the UGL's shite knocking around but next time around really try and source pharm grade I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks cm. N yeh in ref to my shoulders. It does seem one thing after another as of late. But I put most of it down to the sheer weight increase. Muscle keeps up fine. But joints n tendons. Even knocking back 5grams of msm crystals hasn't totally got rid of it. I've been taking serious thought after following romans thread that tb500 may be the best answer. As for hardness may not look it but I've got a habit (the story of why is way too long. Putting it simple I wanted to be able to flex individual muscles whenever I wanted). ... Do got in the habit of flexing every muscle group before bed. The muscles themselves are rock solid. Just softened by the rest of the bf I need to drop. Thanks. And I'll post regular pics n updates. Although may well start a new thread. Specifically for it.

Just found the few measurements I took about 5-7 days ago.
So starting off
Mid thigh =57cm
Bicep over peak =42cm
Calf =38cm
Chest =117 cm
Waist = 97cm
Shoulders= 130cm (above chest area)
So I'm hoping to add to all these sizes. I've already struck a deal with my butchers so I can get my in salted no water added chicken breast. I'm Gunna have a word though as I want to hit steak atleast once every two days. I may look at each post w/o meal as it is after all the best for muscle protein. Just gotta watch cholesterol.
Be interesting to hear ppls thoughts on this.
Atm I only add small nuked potatoes. One large or two small. And cabbage as my green. As cheap as chips.
Also last meal is whole large natty Greek yoghurt with blueberries.

LEG DAY!!
I was slightly apprehensive due to having a few Halloween drinks and bowling In at 3am. But;
Started with
Seated calves
I don't do warm as I walk to the gym ;-)
( its across the rd)
1*feeler @50
4* working sets @100kg #will be upping this next week
Leg press
Warm up. @250kg
Feeler at 300kg
2* sets at 350kg #new best
Into
full rack
Seated leg curls #3working sets
Leg extensions #3 working sets into 20kg drop sets *3
I now feel sick. Nearly fell over after my drop sets. And couldn't cross the ed normally....

Nice job! FYI-Walking is not a warm up for legs. if you are doing a very fast paced walk you are only getting the blood flowing and not really warming up the leg muscles. You will be likely to develop an injury without proper leg warm-up. "THINK LONG TERM" I like to use the Plyo ball to warm up for leg curls and low back. Also, hyper extensions, which is a bad name. lol
Planks front and sides. I won't go into specifics as not to try to explain all the exercises. i don't trust referring people to go to youtube unless i looked at the video as i see to many errors in technique. Books of reference. Mark Verstegen "CORE PERFORMANCE" and dr. Nick Dinubile "FRAMEWORK".
Squats are number one overall leg exercise, deep in the bucket!

Yeh I understand. I do have the damndest bad habit of not stretching. I will address this. But I do do a lot of walking throughout the day so I worry about them running outta steam. Even with a short workout I (and this is no exaggeration) cannot walk normally at all. I can't bend my legs for they just give way after the intensity of the workout. Everything is slow and controlled under continuous stress. I actually see stars every single time on leg press. And rack up a few full racks at 20reps on leg ext/curls. I like doing Russian leg curls. But no bench. Hands behind back going down to parrellel (or very close). And back up. Its bloody hard at 17stone4. The lat pull down machine wasn't free today unfortunately.
