10 ml decas from greece??

i have a question to the people from greece:

gives in greece 10ml amp deca on water based like winstrol (maybe an UGL).
a friend tells me he will get 2 amps per amp 10ml deca on water-based
and he buy it for 180euros!!! he said they are not original also i think it´s an
UGL..
when he gets them i will send a pic. or is here in the forum a pic from it??
