Is this real HCG and is it old?

Hey, i got some HCG from a friend, thing is that the writeing on it is on chinese or japanese.

On the lid it sais "HP pharma"
On the vials it says a lot of asian signs and "Chronic Gonadotrophin For Injection"
In the right corner it sais "1000"

And it looks like "made and best before" saying 0601122 and 2007 12

So does anyone recognice this, and how much iu is it in one ?
BTW it is small white tabs in it.

btw i have hcg that is already mixed and has by misstake been in roomtemprature for about 2 days, is this okay to use, or what can happen with it?

that dont look like mine i use pregynlk it comes in small 1 ml amples
