    Friend wanted these for cutting, This is what he got.

    i wouldnt use winstrol as a 'cutter' maybe a pre condition drug. For hardening up but i dont believe it will strip fat off say like Clen or Dnp would.

    Well see you can get a capping machine and put any kind of raw powder you want in the caps be it powdered sugar or winstrol . The only way to know is to either take them or get them tested. There's no way anyone would be able to tell you the legitimacy of a generic looking unmarked capsule.

    They could be legit, many ugls sell orals like that. Depends how much you trust the source.
