First of all you have to edit post you can't list lab name,
Second it looks like home brew with homemade label, which means lab does not exist.
3rd does not mean its not quality, you will have to try it,
only the person who made it or used it can tell you more.

I can't answer that with out a lab doing a chemical make up. Common man, u will have to surmize your own assumptions for the responsibility of making your own choices of action. but I would give it a shot ...literally
