    bro im still regretting the very last meet i had in my powerlifting life.

    i made too much of a jump on my bench and ****ed up badly......

    but, how have you been doing?

    I've been doing pretty good...How did you screw yourself up after jumping up on your bench..?

    Hey there tank my boy.. I think this board is pretty good.. I can't really comment on any forums except for the Powerlifting or training forums though... I simply don't read any of the others.

    Personaly, I think gear is easy.... it's the training that needs the most dedication and knowledge...A lot of people think the other way around..but the truth is..the strongest guys in the world tend to use the least amount of gear... IIRC Mike Miller was benching over 600lbs before he even touched Anabolics.
