How did you pay? By Credit Card?
If so just dispute the charges?
    Or email them confirmation of
    your payment and ask them
    what they intend to do?

I ordered a couple of books and bands four months ago that cost over £100. I live in Scotland so I thought they would take a while to arrive but after two months I sent them an Email and they said there had been a problem with the delivery, so they would resend them. I sent them a few Emails the other week and they didn't reply to them. I feel like a mug for ordering from them and I've been ripped off. Can you Email me if you have any luck contacting them.

Unfortunately, this is not the first nor will it be the last time I have heard of someone ordering from Elite and getting shafted. Compile the documentation, write their customer service dept, explain, and hope they look after you.
