    Awsome Bench Video!

    This was the Bench classic… Ryan Kennelly hits 600lbs and then 635 on his second attempt. Brian Sider (IPF World Champ) reps 600 lbs 4x’s and then hit 315 lbs 30x’s… Their power is just unreal…
