Q on days between heavy and dynamic

how many days do you put between your heavy or max effort days and you dynamic or speed training days, the reason I ask is that I found that my body progresses faster by putting 4-5 days between them,I've read and heard from some of you that 3 days is the key but I've noticed my bench has dropped by 10 lbs. over the last month that I've done this,do you think 4-5 days is to long or 3 days is to short, let me hear some of your comments on this.

i personally have always done 48hours of complete rest in between my max and speed day... for example monday, thursday kind of a deal
however i have done a week four day difference and saw the same results

recovery is different for all of us. i feel beter with more time betwen the days. if it works for you, keep it up!!! westside has alway beat me up it would screw my leg gain. also i was doing it raw which is even worse. stick with what works for you. 48hrs is the recomended time, but look at the source?!?! louie and the boys will recover faster than any normal human because they are "ON" all year around..
