Sam Byrd did 1003lbs at 198...It's possible with a suit...these days it seems like anything is possible with a suit. Gaining 300lbs or more is crazy

withtodays new equipment anything is possible with 2 plys of canvas and 2 plys of poly. i hate the new equipment, guys likeandy boloton en form squating just over a thousand to 1200lbs in less than 2 years timem there used to be like 3or 4 squaters over a grand, now every tom , dick and harry is squating a grand or more, hell we have guys pressing a rand who cant raw bench 600lbs!!! it is just stupid

becaa swanson was presin in the lhigh 300lbs low 400lbs several years ago, now she is over 550lb!!shawn fankl 220lbs just pressed 770, go back ten years ago , and anthony clark was doing that at SHW and that was the most ammt lifted by any man at that time. the euipmentis what got better, not the drugs not the training, just the equipment

i love to see guys like mike miller take off there equipment>mr 1220 squatand 800lb press
when he did the new england classic raw , he squated 600lb pressed 500 and deadlifted smoewhwere in the mid to high 600lb level at shw. big FCKN difference!!!!!

nevertheless I belief a drug-free man is mentally less worried than drug-user or alcoholic abuser

if the press and squat are greatly helped by equipment, then what about the deadlift equipment??

th deadlift hasnt increased so fast as teh squat or the bench ,has it??

The few times I wrapped my knees I did feel like it made it easier for me to deadlift heavier weight.
