    Question

Do y'all walk away from the rack and then squat or back up first. I face the rack.......but I don;t squat what she appears to be squating.

The rack she is using is slanted down and then runs into the safetybars. I face 180 degrees opposite than she does. I approach the bar facing forward, heft the weight onto my shoulders and then I step backwards before squating. The girl hefted the weight and walked forward before squating. I have always assumed that I would want to back up before the lift and then, when I'm tired, I can walk forward into the rack. That way, in case I stumble, I can drop the weight onto the slanted stays rather than risk a mistep walking backwards when I'm tired.

The red head is hot...but I never pursue out of fear that a buff girl might turn out to be a buff guy the next morning.
