Arrow Has anyone flipped a 700 lb tire?

Has anyone flipped a 700 pound tire, if so, can you give me some of your strength stats.

I am going to enter a local strongman comp and flipping a 700 pound tire is one of the events...I am wondering how hard this really is. I am going to be getting a tire to see for myself in a couple of days, but for now I was wondering if any of you have done this.

    Thanks

It is a son of a bitch. Especially when if your around 5'9-5'10. I weighed 325-360 when I flipped after doing my first juice cycle. The hardest part was not the pick up from dead off the ground, it was getting the tire from about 65-75 degrees to upright and over. Your heigth of about 6 foot should make it a bit easier. I compete single ply in the USAPL. I have a 812 sqat, 525 bench (unofficial 585) and 595 deadlift (unofficial 625) and I have pulled 705 when it was 4'' off the ground. Pushpress of 405 for 3 reps.

haha i compete in mma and train with tires often at the fight factory, the tire we have is just under 400 lbs though.... so i can't really help you out.... to give you something to maybe try and calculate here are my stats. 5'9" 200 lbs (fight at 185) i just got into power lifting after meeting Doc.sust, he trains me. All my lifting stats are non equipped. bench max 345, DL 495 and squat i've never had the balls to challenge myself... i'm still getting techinique down, i've repped 415 for 3 with wraps.
