    Hey Kennelly thanks for coming.

    For you guys who are not quite in the circle of powerlifting and or get mags to knwo who is who, Ryan Kennelly currently has the biggest bench in history! Thats right the number 1 bencher alive is here. 780lb bench and 800 this coming weekend! Right Kennnelly's?

    We truly hope so. There's nothing more frustrating than to have 801 pounds 1 inch from lockout and then realize that you're out of your groove, which is what happened on the 3rd attempt last Saturday.

    We're keeping our fingers crossed that history will be made this upcoming Saturday.

    We always videotape every meet, but don't have a digital cam to take still shots. We'll get the video up on the net somehow though.

    Welcome Kennelly's!!!!! Man what a feeling to take 800 lbs off your chest and explode into history. I know this is probably in one of your old interviews but what was your progression in terms of age/weight?? Just curious. Good luck this weekend!! 800 or bust!!!!!!!!

    Yes Melissa is a competitor in the bench only, we both only do bench at the present time. She just competed the past two weekends and came away successful with 1st place in her division at both meets.
