Kärnfysikern's 4 day powerlifitng split
Kärnfysikern has posted in % instead of weights.
with the rack presses and close grip adjust the percents as needed for you level of experience. as a matter of fact use the percentages as a guide rather than they are set in stone.

also in Kärnfysikern's program,he uses leg press. IMO i would omit this exercise if you are an advanced lifter because of all the other squat and deadlift movements.if you are an intermediate or a beginer lifter or if you never did powerlfitng,than do the leg press.
