    how much weight can it add to your squat and whats the best suite

    1st mistake,dont ever rely on your equipment to predict a lift .
    But too answer your Q,It all depends obn your lockout strength,form,speed etc.I've personally seen guys that dont train there lockouts or brds at all that get 80-100lbs.,but the guys that have rained their brds and lockouts have damn near gotten 200 or a little more out of their shirts.It all depends on how you train and what you train for.

    there really is no answer to your question only guesses... it's all based on individual differences. basically it takes time to become effective in any gear and double ply takes even longer to master. any of the major gear manufacturers make quality equipment it really depends on what you like... only way to know is to try it out. what are your stats and experience... what are your goals?
