    www.hugeiron.com Thats the closest thing. It is a little behind, but has up to Dec. The only thing wrong is the WPO in Nov.

    thats ok... when i move down there, they can just hand it to me and i'll fill in the 275s for them.

    haha... lol... just kidding....

    I should have my flight confirmed today. just wondering... i can't remember if you said your gym had a monolift but you stopped using it. if so, i will practice this week walking back with bands without it.

    For speed day it isnt neceassary, but we can use the simulated monolift we do. It works. So for that day we will do it. I wish you could get here for Thursday too. Would like to hear live input on shirt benching. BUt Friday we'll get a great workout in. Lookin forward to it. And some beer and food afterwards!

    I also thought i could give you some tapes to take with you. At least our last three lift. I will try to get some more footage between now and then.

    as is quite clear from from previous meet fiasco, i know FUCK-ALL about shirts. I may go to a metal militia weekend sometime. i am fed up with all the shirt woes. i do get in thursday.

    yeah... i firmed up plans today. i will be coming over on friday (next friday, not this one).... i have to drive from tampa to lakeland so it may take a little bit to get there.

    should be fun. pljay has promised a night of drinking too!
