    WSB and suites/shirt

    Wondering how to use DL/SQ suit and bench shirt in WSB??

    use the bench shirt for a max effort exercise every few wks, when squating or dead, always wear briefs, and throw on the suit every few wks and free squat, there is no right answer to this question depends on the lifter
