KENNELLY's are you going to be selling your book right at the meet DEC 14 or should we buy it in advance for the signings.

I do believe that we will be bringing some down with us for the Dec. 14th meet. That is the plan anyhow. If you like you can get one in advance, or you can get one when we come down. They'll probably be finished just in time for our WABDL worlds in Reno in 4 weeks, but there is a chance they still will not be complete. We're just waiting on the publishing part now and are not sure how long it takes. We'll keep you posted though.

What does the book consist of??training methods that ryan has used before, any certain type of diet, or (supps)*I know few like to talk about this but it does help in training from what i've heard*
