Max effort day
3 board press best is 535 last week. Tried 540 missed but,then retook it cause I knew I could nail it but, just short of lockout. So a miss!
Then supposed to do 550x2. NOPE! only for 1. I have been trying to incorporate more shirt work in my workouts.
Lat pulls 5x10
Rack lockouts PR 640x1
single arm shoulder press 70x3x8
Been trying to tuck more of my elbows in.

Ya bro those numbrs are still great. Just keep pluging away. Hell i have done lifts before and havent got near them again. Ever. When your at your complete Max you must have everything perfect. So practice making everything exactly perfect, set up, lift off, leg drive, speed, ETC.

What's the diff in your best rack lockout towards your 5 board???
I'm having some problems with this shit. off a rack I've done 345X3 and off 5 board I can only do 305X3 and barely miss the last one.
