have been getting really sore lower back during squatting for the past year now, to the extent that i can barely walk straight after squatting seems to be erectors, and even on light weights like 140-160kgs. im 100kgs class and heaviest squat is 270kgs. dont have the same prob deadlifting. i have been p'lifting for 13 years including competition. would a complete break help, i always say i'l go light for a while but as im sure you all know, that goes against the mindset lol. cheers
