    Whats your opinion

So i want some opinions on how you think il do in benching competitions, back when i was younger (18) i did a few local comps with schools and a small gym but never had the balls to step up to a bigger comp.

im currently getting back into shape and im noticing my lifts are increasing quite nicely, so im assuming with a nice diet and a good workout plan il be ball park to where i was heres my old stats

    height 5'10
    weight 187
    bench max 415

i was 18/19 then and before a few weeks ago it had been 8 to 9 months since i worked out. im now 20 and trying to get back into it so i know now il be in a different class and was wondering how would i do if my bench got back up in the high 3's if possible 4's

just curious on what others thought should i wait til i get my bench way up or what? Thanks ahead of time

is this raw or shirted? I'm assuming its raw. If you compete in the 181 with a 415bp you'll do pretty well, I'd guess.

400+ at 181 is pretty damned impressive. Go to www.powerliftingwatch.com and it will give you some baseline numbers from ams all the way up to elite.
