Pre-meet "supplementation" preferences
I wanted to hear which you prefer and why for both pre-workout and pre-meet (< 48 hrs to contest).
Testosterone Suspension [oil or water]
Anadrol
Dianabol
Halotestin
Something else?

Don’t do powerlifting meets but I definitely like to pop 10 to 20 mg of Dbol before a workout….seems to really set the stage for intensity I’ve been wanting to test the waters with Halo just to see how much aggression it builds but I haven’t crossed that bridge yet
