This is a workout routine Im going to give a shot. Have been trying to combine westside with more traditional bodybuilding(I train legs almost pure bodybuilding style because they grow like weed right now from it). My chest is my weak point and I am horribly weak in bench so I have thrown in speed work for the bench.

Rip it apart

Day 1 Chest/tris/lats/biceps
Me bench exercise(preferably full rom excercises, cg bench, incline cg/bench, decline bench/cg but will rotate with limited ROM every now and then)
Triceps 5 set 10-15reps(pushdown, tatepress, db exstension ect)
Lats 5 sets 6-10 reps
Incline db press 4 set 8-12 reps or side,rear,front laterals superset 3 sets
Biceps 3 sets 6-10 reps

Day 2 legs/lower back
Deadlift or Squat or GM 3 all out sets of 3-8 reps
Legpress(or one legged legpress or hacksquat) 3-4 sets 10-15 reps
Lower back(sl dl, hypers ect) 4 sets 10-12 resps
Calves 4 sets 8-15 reps
Abs 4 sets 10-20 reps


Day 3 tris/lats/bis/forearms
Speed Bench as warmup
Triceps 3 set 6-8 reps(skullcrusher, cg bench, jm press or any other heavy triceps exercise)
Lats 4 sets 6-10 reps
Shrughs 4 set 10 reps
Biceps 3 sets 6-10 reps
and one of the three following forearm exercises.
Wrist curl 4 sets 10 reps
Reverse barbell curl 4 sets 10 reps
Reverse wrist curs 4 sets 10 reps


Am I forgetting something? 3 workouts a week is what I am aiming for and 3 shootfighting sessions a week will be all I need for recovery I hope
