just saw ronnies new video, The Cost of Redemption, guys all i have to say is: OHH MY FUKING GOD!
if your thinking of buying a video for inspiration, this is the one! in The Unbelivable his arms were as big as his head, in this one his bicep ALONE is bigger than his head! i litterary couldnt stop looking at the size of his arms
heres some weight he uses:
160 lbs (73 kg) dumbell press for sholders
800 lbs (364 kg) squat
2,250+ lbs (1023+ kg) legpress (i couldnt belive my friggin eyes)
495 lbs (225 kg) bench
75 lbs (35 kg) alternate db curl

I agree. This is the best bodybuilding video ever! The sheet amount of weight he moves is incredible. Definitely worth every penny.
The most entertaining movie is Pumping Iron, but it isn't all that inspirational. The Cost of Redemption just makes you want to go to the gym and LIFT!

its a bit boring though
he never says anything
he could at least talk about his training or diet
did anyone notice what a small range of motion he uses on his exercises
i was really surprised at this
he only seems to do half reps
