    Creatine

    How good is the Creatine? Sorry for such a simple question, just wondering if anyone buys it at the same time they get their Clen and such.

    I like creatine it works good for me when I am not on a cycle. I buy all of my stuff together I just make a big order everytime.

    i used the stuff for a long time,it was ok at first ,but then all it did was bloat me all the time,so i quit using it/ Now i am taking muscle milk it seems to do the job ,look it up on the net maybe it will help you.

    ALot of people use it. I personally wont. My buddy got kidney stones from using creatine. Not something I want to experience lol

    I like it. I have gotten fuller. I have lost some def in my abs and arms. But my arms have grown from it.
