    Lion Help!! - Clen And Allergy Medication

    I'm going to be starting a clen cycle soon and I was wondering if I should continue to take my prescribed Alegra D with it... also could this be used as an alternative to Benadryl the third week? I really need some help here guys cuz I;m starting my cycle in a week, thanks

    Allegra D is for allergies ? Why not just stop taking it for the 2 weeks you will be cycling the clen ? I'm sure on the 3rd week the Benadryl would suffice for any nasal problems you are having and allow you to sleep well. If not get some Ocean nasal spray...basically salt water you snort.

    hay budy i take alegra d and have no problems with the clen during use. but alegra d does not containe the corect ingredient for receptor cell clensing So u guna half to get some benadryl. Good luck.

    Just to get this straight, you take benedryl during your off week? I thought I had read somewhere that taking t3 with clen helps combat the down reg. the clen alone causes..is this right?

    take benadryl during every 3rd week of a cycle that lasts longer than 2 weeks... not sure about t3 helping wit down reg. tho
