    1st clen cycle

    i basically think i have everything down except the measurements? what exactly is 20mcgs how does everyone measure it.... ive heard one pump is 20 mcgs, i also heard one pump is 10-15ish?
    how do you measure?

    I believe AR-R 's clen is dosed at 200mcg/mL. This means if you want 20mcg you take .1mL or one squirt of the pump. I prefer to use a syringe for anything I take orally just to be 100% certain on the measurement.
