Letro Joints

from what i understand letro takes the water out of ur system which results in joint pain... is there anything that should be supplemented with letro to counter the joint pain? is there anything that should be supplemented with letro in general?

in my experience, flax oil at 3 or 4 tbsp a day helped A LOT. if youre cutting, then 1 or 2 will prob work good too
