    Question Anything For A Female??????

    I Am Wanting To Lose And Build. Is There Anything Out There That A Female Can Use That Will Not Make Her Look Manly? I Want Something To Help Me Define While Building. Not So Much Bulking. Thanks.

    have u tried the female forum? u may be able to find somebody in there with some experience in obtaining the kind of results u are looking for
