    Couple questions on Clen and Letro

    ok i just got some clen and letro in the mail today from you guys. how much does one squirt equal? is it 2.5mg a squirt for letro and 200mcg for clen? and would it be ok if i would take them at the same time? thanx in advance

    yes u can take them at the same time... for letro supplement some flaxseed oil 3-4 tbsp and clen supplement 3-5 g of taurine and 400-500 mg of potassium (take potassium b4 bed) and of course dont forget the water!!!
