AR's Letrozole

I just recieved my letro from ar-r and it was suggested to use .25mg or .50mg ED. On the bottle it says 30ml 2.5mg/ml. How woud i be able to get .25 or .50mg??? Am i suppose to use the oral syringe or can i still do it by the spary?

For the letro, each spray is .25mg

In my experience the spray pump is a bit overdosed, more like 0.31mg per spray.

Go with the oral syringe. Sometimes, the pumps don't work properly and, thus, don't give you precise measurements.

I sprayed into a measuring beaker up to the 5ml mark and then divided by how many pumps. Explained why I finished the bottle quicker than expected. Maybe I got a faulty one or maybe they are all off I don't know. Bit worrying considering these are serious chems and need to be dosed right for safe use. Anyhow I don't trust them anymore and just use an oral syringe.
