    t3 strength

    gotta be honest i dont hand out thattaboys but i have been taking too much of lions t3 because i thought it was weak i was wrong its causing my heart to hit128 bpm resting sooo its quality stuff

    how much t3 were you taking

    i'm taking 100mcg of another brand and walking on an incline my heartrate was like 160-170

    damn thats alot i am scared to go over 100mcg on t3 but i go up to 200mcg with clen

    i'll do 150 t3.. but only go to 100 clen ... have done 200 clen by accident 2 times in my early experiences. thank God i have a strong heart..
