I just got my T3/Clen today. Great shipping guys, came very fast.

I got the side affects and I set my diet and my excersize plan, now I just need to know how much of this to take and when I should take it.

Any suggestions would be helpful, I started the dieting and excersizing a few days ago, so I am ready.

Don't use the bottle for measurement, buy a dropper that has measurements of less than ml increments. After that, you will have to do research to confirm your dosages of the two compunds. Try a Clen FAQ sticky, like this one: Clenbuterol handbook
