    Question of confirmation of product shipment

    I'm in Canada and placed 2 separate orders with Lion...Does Lion tell you when the product's been shipped? Or is there some way to confirm whether or not it's been shipped and is in transition?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from him with a tracking # when it ships. You can also check My Account on the Ar-r page.

    I feel like I just get ignored by them no matter how many e-mails I send. I ordered dec 1st and cannot get an e-mail back no matter what my order still says processing....

    I did not get shipping info from him, just an order reciept but on AR-R it says shipped so im just waiting patiently for it!

    I have the same problem, no response what so ever.
    Good customer service would suggest you reply to the emails saying "something!"
    I'm comming up on a month with no REPLY !

    It may just be for International Orders, not sure.......but i've placed 2 orders and have received a shipping notice with tracking #.
