Frozen Clen

so say my clen was shipped and was sittin in my mailbox for 2-3days and normal temps were in the single digits and sometimes below zero..it didnt actually freeze and i am no scientist but it did get really cold frosty little crystally on the inside. does this have any affect on the chemical?
