    Clen Question....

    I've ordered the Clen and aware that it is a spray pump bottle. I have only used the 20 mcg. tabs in the past.....my question is, how much (in mcg.) is one spray supposed to be? And what is the preferred measure or dosage to use this product? Thanx 4 any help.
