Vials

Quick question is it legal to order empty vials, or to have them in your posession? I know it says to say it's for research purposes, but then it comes down to he said she said.

Its legal however there is no real legitimate reason for average people to have them so it could flag your address. However you will receive your package I would assume. For example I have heard stories of people ordering needles and syringes and being questioned by their local post office as to the contents. They said "this sort of thing arouses suspicion" but he said it was insulin related and recieved the package.
